High-performance active magnetic field canceller "AMC-331"

Protects electron beam application devices from magnetic field fluctuations!

Magnetic field fluctuations caused by the passage of ferromagnetic materials such as trains, automobiles, and elevators, as well as power sources, can adversely affect devices that use electron beams, such as electron microscopes. The Active Magnetic Field Canceller "AMC-330" is a system that detects magnetic field fluctuations in any direction using a high-sensitivity magnetic field sensor and a digital controller, and suppresses magnetic field changes by generating an out-of-phase magnetic field using Helmholtz coils. 【Features】 ○ High performance ○ Low cost ○ Easy installation ● For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.

Active Magnetic Field Canceller "AMC-331"

Introduction of a high-performance active magnetic field canceller created by the micro-vibration measurement technology of patented equipment.

The "AMC-331" is a high-performance active magnetic field canceller that protects electron beam application devices from magnetic field fluctuations. By controlling the disturbance magnetic field detected by magnetic field sensors using a combination of a controller and Helmholtz coils, it suppresses the effects of disturbance magnetic fields. It helps improve the images of electron microscopes and enhances the processing accuracy of electron beam processing equipment. 【Features】 ■ Excellent attenuation performance of up to 40–60 dB ■ Achieves about 1/10 the cost compared to magnetic field countermeasures using shielding ■ Simply fix the coils around the device ■ Design coils according to the target device ■ Control multiple disturbance magnetic fields precisely based on frequency analysis *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Countermeasures for DC Magnetic Field Interference in Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM)

We will introduce a case where a direct current fluctuating magnetic field was reduced to less than 1/100 using an active magnetic field canceller!

We would like to introduce a case study on countermeasures against DC magnetic field interference for scanning electron microscopes (SEM). For the SEM installed in a demonstration room within an office building, the magnetic field effects caused by nearby railway lines were reduced using an active magnetic field canceller, improving the environment. The active magnetic field canceller can achieve significant improvement simply by installing coils or similar devices around the target equipment. 【Case Overview】 ■ Key Points of the Countermeasure: Large magnetic field fluctuations occur constantly near DC railway lines. ■ Cause: Multiple railway lines located near the target building. ■ Countermeasure and Effect: The active magnetic field canceller reduced the DC fluctuating magnetic field to less than 1/100. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
